  • Hanging weight determines price. Finished weight is typically 35-40% less after trimming and cutting.

How Much Beef Will I Get?

  • A side of beef usually provides enough beef for a family of four for 7–12 months. Beef is commonly ordered as a side, which is half of the hanging animal carcass.

  • Side of beef requires 17-20 cu. ft. of freezer space.

Delivery Details
