The Mitchells are committed to sustainable, regenerative ranching practices, including Adaptive Multi-Paddock (AMP) grazing—a method that rotates cattle through a series of pastures, closely mimicking the natural movement of wild grazers like bison. Combined with a proprietary finishing ration, this approach supports healthy cattle, vibrant pastures, and premium beef.
